All returns require approval.  You may return equipment for a full refund less shipping costs within 30 days - provided all original packaging is included. 

Consummable products such as cleaners, waxes, protectants, etc. may also be returned for a full refund less shipping costs -- provided it is unopened.  We do not resell opened product, so any returns accepted on such product will be limited to defective product and at our sole discretion.
